Registration – commence your West Country home search.
Minerva has developed a comprehensive registration pack with helpful information and unique documents for our clients to complete. Included is a questionnaire, instruction form, our terms and conditions, together with the requirements to enable us to commence a search for you.
The pack is intended for serious buyers who wish to instruct us to get a search underway quickly. Please note that we follow up registration pack requests once you have received the documents.

Your registration pack will include a pre-paid envelope to allow you to return the forms to us. Please note that under the Money Laundering Regulations Act 2007, HMRC require us, as an acquisition agent, to establish your identity even though your solicitor or conveyancing specialist will need to make the same check.
We will be dedicated to finding the perfect property for you. While you continue with your daily routine, we assure you that you can be at ease, as we will be searching with your specific criteria in mind.
We can save you valuable time and money searching for and viewing potential properties that suit your criteria and present you with a shortlist of ideal properties with comprehensive details of the houses, interiors, locations, local services and facilities plus much more – we pride ourselves on our attention to detail.
Following the completion of our initial search and presentation of our findings, we’ll then have the information to make a short list of suitable properties with you. When you are ready to make an inspection of these properties, we can arrange the viewings for you, releasing only your name in the first instance. We are happy to accompany you on the viewing.
Minerva’s fee structure is completely transparent, unlike many search agents who don’t publish their charges online. Our commission rates can be found on the ‘services’ page of our menu and we also provide illustrations of costs with example purchasing scenarios.
