A stunning antique copper panel set in a brass frame, depicting various classical, possibly Greek scenes in very deep relief.
The subject matter is very varied but includes musicians, readers, lovers and various animals depicted against a backdrop of a classical city scene.
The quality and detail of the work is comparable with plaques by Henning.
This plaque is designed to be wall hanging and comes with a hook which looks to be original.
Condition: Very good condition, cleaned to the front with original patina to the rear.
