A rare Victorian brass camera lens by E. Suter of Basel, Switzerland. Marked with a number 13743, F stops for 12, 15, 20 and 40, and Aplanat C No 1 I believe, although the ‘C No 1’ is rather indistinct.
Condition: Beautiful aged patina. Some slight marks internally to the glass lens.
