VICTORIAN SILVER PLATED EGG CRUET SET.
A lovely late 19th century silver plated boiled egg cruet set stand with six egg spoons.
The stand has a galleried rail all round on four bun feet with beaded detail. The carry handle has a rail which accommodates the six spoons.
This good quality piece will dramatically enhance a sideboard or table and would be a very useful serving piece for a family or B&B.
The stand completely disassembles for ease of cleaning.
It was manufactured by Mark Willis & Son of Exchange Works, 56 Fargate and Tudor Place Sheffield. The spoons are by Robert Fead Mosely and of a similar date.
Date: Late Victorian, circa 1890
Condition: Good functional condition and recently dismantled and professionally cleaned. The silver plate is in good condition.
