VICTORIAN SILVER PLATED FRUIT BASKET
An attractive antique silver plated basket with a swing handle and a pierced pattern in the bowl and handle. No maker’s mark, but stamped EPNS on the back near the rim. Ideal for serving fruit, wrapped candy, cakes and nuts in their shells.
Date: Late 19th century
Condition: Good condition, although a bit of plate loss with brass showing through in the bowl, and on edges of handle. I’ve not polished it as it has an attractive aged patina.
